Fabric Wall and door hangings are the perfect music lovers home accent 🙂 College or in the after life.. (lol) which we tend to refer to as “The real World” Any stage of life is the Stage of life that your favorite band belongs on or in! Get Your sent to you today!

Deftones are an American alternative metal band from Sacramento, California, founded in 1988. The band consists of Chino Moreno (lead vocals and guitar), Stephen Carpenter (guitar), Chi Cheng (bass), Frank Delgado (keyboards and turntables), and Abe Cunningham (drums and percussion). Since 2009, Sergio Vega has been standing in on bass while Cheng recovers from a car accident. They have released six albums to date, with three Platinum (Adrenaline, White Pony, Around the Fur) and one Gold certification (for the self-titled album).

When Carpenter was 15 years old, he was hit by a car while skateboarding. Confined to a wheelchair for several months, he began teaching himself guitar by playing along to bands such as Anthrax, Stormtroopers of Death, and Metallica.[4] Supposedly, the driver paid Carpenter a cash settlement that allowed the band to purchase equipment,[4][5][6] but Cunningham commented in an interview that all was “a myth about how our band was started.”[7] Carpenter, Moreno, and Cunningham were friends from their childhood, went to the same high school and remained friends through the skateboarding scene in Sacramento.[4] When Moreno found out Carpenter played guitar, he set up a jam session with Cunningham, who played drums, and the three began playing regularly in Carpenter’s garage circa 1988. After playing with several bassists, the band settled on Chi Cheng and recorded a four track demo soon after.[4] Within two years, the band began playing club shows and later expanded their playing territory to San Francisco and Los Angeles, where they played shows alongside bands such as Korn.[6][8] While closing for another band in L.A., after the majority of the audience had left, the band impressed a Maverick Records representative, the singer Madonna. They were soon signed to the label after showcasing three of their songs for Freddy DeMann and Guy Oseary.[6][8] The name “Deftones” was created by Carpenter, who wanted to pick “something that would just stand out but you know, not be all cheese-ball at the same time.”[9] Carpenter combined the hip hop slang term “def,” which was used by artists such as LL Cool J and Public Enemy, with the suffix “-tones,” which was a popular suffix among 1950s bands (e.g., Dick Dale and the Del-Tones, The Quin-Tones, The Monotones, The Cleftones, and The Harptones). Carpenter said the name is intentionally vague to reflect the band’s tendency to not focus on just one style of music.[9]

Diamond Plugs

The symbolism behind the Diamond has a couple of meanings. The one that sticks in my mind is that the Diamond represents the unbreakable! So if you fit the description of an unbreakable individual… check out the Surgical Steel 316L Diamond Plugs that will represent you to tha fullest.

In this day and age I think its sooooo very important to have a reminder of what we are truly capable of. Dont let the outside world to much inside our head and break us down. Keep your head high and your heart strong people… all the while keeping your shine, just like a diamond. True.. there is a thin line that can be easily crossed, some folks can mistake your kindness for weakness. Just remember that they are the weak ones for even trying to break you down in the first place. And Ima quote a great Rapper and say this… ” Even when Im on my back … Im never backing down!!” I think I should gauge my ears just so I can rock these 🙂

Earrings with ear posts right now are one of the hottest trends along with plugs and stretchers.  If you haven’t heard of them earrings with posts are a earring with a design that hangs, on top of the design are two holes in which the posts go through to keep them in the ear.  So basically you just have a design of your choice hanging from your ear.  These earrings are for both men and woman (how cool).  A lot of people think that you have to have your ear stretched to fit the posts in through your ear but you don’t a s long as you have your ears pierced your good so don’t be fooled by the post that most people confuse with a stretchers.    One particular material that is  very popular and inn at the moment are wooden ear post.  These ear posts are high in quality and give you a very modern artistic feel.  These ear posts are also very light weight and comfortable.  The great part is there very inexpensive so if you want to try them out or want to buy new ones it doesn’t put a hole in your wallet.  Ear posts are definetly the item that will make you the talk of the party.
